New Women's Study -

Begins September 2 at 10 AM

Join the Women's Group in studying Max Lucado's "Because of Bethlehem" starting September 2 at 10 am.  Through this study you will gain a greater understanding of the ‘One’ who chose to leave heaven and come to earth as an infant, completely human. Because of Bethlehem we have the promise that God is always near us and always within us so that we may be His Face in this world serving others.   

Fair Evangelism Opportunities - Bible Blitz & Fair Parking

We’re collecting new or gently used Bibles to share with the community during our annual Bible Blitz and Fair Outreach. The Bible Blitz outreach will be on Aug 21 from 1 PM – 4 PM meeting at Rural King, and all are welcome to take-part.

Another opportunity to share your faith this year is our annual fair parking fundraiser, August 21-29, 2026. The church has the same lots again at 738 and 742 Sweitzer St directly across from Wayne Healthcare. The Youth Team is planning to continue their “Shoe Ministry” that provides underwear, socks, and shoes to all elementary schools in Darke County and Operation Christmas Child through Samaritan’s Purse.  The sign-up sheet will be out on Aug 2nd, please prayerfully consider representing St John during this week.
